Layered with 20ml creme de cacao brown and 20ml plum liqueur with 20ml gin sloe as well as 20ml cream and served with sweet dishes. Just add creme de cacao to bottom of glass then float plum liqueur and float sloe gin. Float cream on top and sprinkle pink sugar on to to make the cream sweet and served in a sherry glass cold.
