Carbocatalysis is palatable full bodied cocktail at 1.3 standard drinks. Layered with 30ml rum santisima trinidad 7years and 15ml grapefruit juice with 45ml soda water as well as 10ml zwack unicum liqueur including 190ml ice and served before a meal to stimulate appetite. Just place ice into tall collins glass then add shot of old rum over ice and pour in grapefruit juice. Add soda water and drizzle zwack unicum on top and served in a highball glass .
