Eum And Yang is stimulating standard cocktail at 0.7 standard drinks. Shaken with 60ml soju ku and 15ml curacao blue senior co with 15ml curacao red senior co as well as 100ml ice and best at tea time. Just need two shakers so split the ice then add one shot of soju to shake with blue curacao and shake well and add to bottom of glass. In other shaker add soju and red curacao and float red ontop of blue and served in a sherry glass cold.
