Kolossi Castle is delish medium cocktail at 0.7 standard drinks. Layered with 15ml commandaria st nicholas and 15ml commandaria oenou yi with 15ml commandaria st johns as well as 15ml commandaria alasia including 40ml soda water also 190ml ice and best with lunch. Just fill glass with ice to chill then add ingredients to mixing glass and gently dry stir without ice. Pour into glass over ice and served in a highball glass cold.
