Laiti is heavenly very strong cocktail at 1.9 standard drinks. Layered with 30ml rum coconut and 30ml rum black with 20ml coconut cream and best with lunch. Just rim glass with black crystal sugar then add coconut rum to glass and float black or spiced rum over white. Float coconut cream and served in a sherry glass at room temperature.
