Paddywhack Recipe
Fill a shot glass two thirds full of creme de menthe. Gently pour Baileys or other Irish Creme liqueur so that it floats on top, filling the glass. I believe one method of accomplishing this is to pour the second liqueur over the back of a spoon but I have never seen this in action. Obviously it doesn't really matter if it mixes but then it's not as attractive.
