South Sea Dipper Recipe
South Sea Dipper is freshening strong cocktail at 1.3 standard drinks. Layered with 30ml rum and 10ml passion fruit liqueur with 5ml lemon juice as well as 5ml sugar syrup including 30ml pineapple juice also 100ml ice together with 10ml port and best with lunch. Just fill glass with ice then pour in rum and add passion fruit liqueur. Splash in lemon juice and sugar syrup and add pineapple juice and float port on top and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
Recommend: serve in Rocks glass
