- shaker with strainer - get rid of large pieces of ingredients (ex: fruit parts, seeds)
- juicer, squeezer manual or automatic - if you mind using fresh juice
Taramasalata is bewitching full bodied cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml ouzo and 15ml roe caviar pink with 15ml roe caviar red as well as 10ml lemon juice and best with morning tea snacks. Just add heat cubes to shaker then add all ingredients to shaker, less olive oil and small pinch of greek spice mix. Vigorously shake and strain into glass and float olive oil on top and add spoon and bread on the side and served in a sherry glass at room temperature.
