Layered with 40ml cake chocolate and 30ml coffee liqueur tamborine mountain with 30ml chocolate liqueur as well as 20ml cheese mascarpone and best with dessert type dishes. Just cut cake into a square then in half then drizzle each half of cake with coffee liqueur and place mascarpone between each cake. Add to cake to glass, split up and pour chocolate liqueuer over cake to make a line and serve with cocktail spoon and garnish with whipped cream and chocolate powder and served in a saucer glass cold.
