Wombat Swizzle is interactive full bodied cocktail at 1.3 standard drinks. Layered with 50ml macadamia liqueur brookies and 20ml soda water with 10ml lemonade juice as well as 10ml simple syrup crawleys including 10ml bitters also 190ml ice and best with lunch. Just fill glass with ice then add macadamia liqueur to glass and add soda water. Add lime and sugar syrup and sprinkle bitters on top and garnish with swizzle stick and served in a highball glass cold.
