- 45 ml Pernod
- 15 ml anisette
- 10 ml Water
- 10 ml Bitters Orange
- 100 ml Ice

- fill a shaker half full with ice cubes to chill all the ingredients properly
- shake till perfectly chilled
- strain into martini glass without ice
