Boofhead is extremely pleasant quite strong cocktail at 1.7 standard drinks. Built with 45ml rum light white diplomatico and 15ml pomegranate liqueur drillaud with 20ml cola soda as well as 20ml club soda including 190ml ice and good to have with brunch. Just place ice into glass then pour white rum into tall glass and add a little cola soda. Float club soda on top and sprinkle pomegranate liquer on top and served in a highball glass cold.
