Cheer Me Up is succulent full bodied cocktail at 1.3 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml coffee liqueur and 15ml brandy with 15ml chocolate liqueur brown as well as 30ml cream including 10ml cheese mascarpone also 10ml egg yolk together with 100ml ice and served with sweet dishes. Just put ice cubes into shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and quick shake to mix. Strain into glass and dust top with layer of chocolate powder and served in a saucer glass cold.
