Although their bartenders took a “dim view” of serving fad drinks like the B-52 based Orgasm, it was included along with other sexually suggestive cocktails with risque names like the Slippery Nipple and Steadily Erect.
The International Bartenders Association had the Orgasm listed as one of their official cocktails in 2006 for use in the World Cocktail Competition. It was removed in late 2011 during one of their periodic updates to keep the list fresh and current over time.
