- 15 ml Brandy KWV 5year
- 10 ml Grenadine
- 15 ml Lemon Soda
- 15 ml Mampoer Maroella
- 45 ml Orange juice
- 190 ml Ice

- metal straw or teaspoon to stir properly, if you want to be a pro: use bar spoon
- juicer, squeezer manual or automatic - if you mind using fresh juice
Ithemba Recipe
Ithemba is scrumptious smooth cocktail at 0.6 standard drinks. Layered with 15ml brandy kwv 5year and 10ml grenadine with 15ml lemon soda as well as 15ml mampoer maroella including 45ml orange juice also 190ml ice and best with morning tea snacks. Just place ice into glass then ad brandy grenadine and lemon soda to mixing glass and stir well until mixed. Pour into glass and add mampoer and orange juice to to mixing glass and stir well then float on top and served in a highball glass cold.
