- 20 ml Butterscotch Liqueur Kilkenny

- 50 ml Cream
- 100 ml Ice

Malteser Recipe
Malteser is glorious full bodied cocktail at 1.3 standard drinks. Layered with 20ml brandy kwv 5year and 20ml butterscotch liqueur kilkenny with 20ml creme de cacao brown as well as 50ml cream including 100ml ice and best with dessert type dishes. Just add ice to shaker then add all ingredients to shaker, less cream and shake well. Strain into glass and add cream to same shaker and shake cream on ice until fluffy then float strain cream on top and garnish with lightly grated chocolate and served in a martini glass cold.
