  1. consider making fresh Lemon juice you can press fruit yourself (be careful - fresh juice stays good only 12 hours)
  2. fill a shaker half full with ice cubes to chill all the ingredients properly
  3. shake till perfectly chilled
  4. fill Highball glass full with ice cubes
  5. top up with Port Wine
  6. garnish with Pineapple if desired
