Macchiato is fortifying strong cocktail at 1.2 standard drinks. Layered with 60ml coffee liqueur manly spirits and 30ml milk and best when a coffee is needed. Just chill glass to be ice cold then add two shots of coffee liqueur to glass and float cold milk on top and served in a sherry glass cold.
