Passover is deliziosa full bodied cocktail at 1.2 standard drinks. Built with 45ml passion fruit liqueur and 15ml vodka with 40ml grapefruit juice as well as 190ml ice and best served with fish and seafood dishes. Just add ice to glass then add vodka and pour in grapfruit juice. Float passion fruit liqueur on top and garnish with passion fruit pulp and served in a martini glass cold.
