Queens Park Swizzle is interacting quite strong cocktail at 1.7 standard drinks. Layered with 30ml rum dark and 30ml soda water with 10ml lime juice as well as 10ml sugar syrup including 10ml bitters also 10ml peppermint liqueur rumple minze together with 190ml ice and best with lunch. Just layer mint and ice to the top of glass then add dark rum and add soda water. Add lime juice and add sugar syrup and sprinkle bitters and peppermint liqueur on top and garnish with swizzle stick and served in a highball glass cold.
