Add Mozart White chocolate liqueur to a chilled cocktail glass.Shake citrus vodka, Licor 43, absinthe and mango juice with ice in a cocktail shaker.To create the top layer: slowly strain into the glass over the back of a spoon to prevent mixing.Garnish with grated Parmesan cheese. Cocktail Glass
