Twisted Swan is energizing strong cocktail at 1.2 standard drinks. Shaken with 45ml raspberry liqueur white heron and 30ml tequila gold with 15ml amaretto as well as 100ml ice and works well with savoury style foods. Just place ice into shaker then add gold tequila to shaker and pour amaretto into shaker. Quick shake to mix and strain into glass and add rasberry liqueur to shaker then quick shake and float on top and served in a saucer glass cold.
