Bondi VS Manly is zesty quite strong cocktail at 1.6 standard drinks. Layered with 30ml vodka bondi blue and 5ml curacao blue with 30ml lemon liqueur manly spirits as well as 35ml lemon soda including 190ml ice and best with lunch. Just place shot of bondi blue into glass then pour in a little blue curacao and mix well. Add ice to glass and float half lemon soda on top and pour in manly lemon liqueur then top glass with lemon soda and garnish with candied lemonade citrus and served in a highball glass cold.
