- 45 ml Pear Liqueur Xante
- 15 ml Orange Liqueur Maison
- 10 ml Mandarin Juice
- 30 ml Pear Juice
- 200 ml Ice

- optionally make fresh Mandarin Juice you can squeeze the juice yourself (once squeezed, fresh juice lasts good about 12 hours)
- fill a shaker halfway with ice cubes
- shake till perfectly chilled
