It is a variation of the Jagerbomb without a bad after taste. Made the same way except for the drop shot it is half part Blue Curacao, half part Absolut Mandarin Orange (or another Orange Vodka). It has become popular in the Chicagoland and Northwest Indiana areas after a guy named Jim invented it after quitting Jager.
