Kouros Recipe
Kouros is scrumptious full bodied cocktail at 1.2 standard drinks. Layered with 30ml brandy metaxa reserve and 60ml mandarin juice with 10ml bitters orange as well as 190ml ice and best with lunch. Just add ice to glass then pour in half the juice and add metaxa brandy. Add the rest of mandarin juice and sprinkle orange bitters on top and served in a highball glass cold.
