- 2 oz Red Wine
- 3-4 slices grapefruit
- - chilled, Lemonade

- muddler - don't give up when you don't have one, wooden spoon will save you
- knife - to prepare garnish slice

- fill a shaker halfway with ice cubes
- shake till perfectly chilled
- fill Highball glass half full with ice cubes
- top up with Red Wine
- use grapefruit for garnish
