Sicak Tavsan is lezzetli weak cocktail at 0.7 standard drinks. Built with 15ml raki altinbas and 15ml pomegranate liqueur with 120ml consomme rabbit and served alongside soup dishes. Just warm glass and rabbit consomme then add raki to glass and pour pomegranate liqueur into glass. Add warm rabbit consomme and float a little olive oil on top and sprinkle turkish spice mix on top and optimal service temperature would be 60c to 70c or 140f to 158f and serve cocktail bread on the side and served in a old fashioned glass warm.
Recommend: serve in Rocks glass
