- 1-1/2 oz dark rum
- 3/4 oz Ginger Liqueur
- 1/2 oz Pear Brandy
- 1 oz Apple Juice
- 1/2 oz Lemon juice
- pinch Ginger
- splash Prosecco
- 2 slices Pear
- garnish Pear
